How to delete your account:
What happens when you delete: After successful completion, your user account is permanently removed from our databases, you are signed out on the device, and you will not be able to sign in with that account again. You should only use this option if you understand that account recovery may not be possible.
Business data tied to your organization: Deleting your personal account removes your user record. Other data your organization stored in ER Distro (for example, inventory or orders attributed to the business) may remain for other authorized users in the same organization, depending on how your administrator configured the service. If you need all organization data removed, contact your administrator or us using the email below.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. When you delete your account through the in-app flow, we delete your user account from our systems as described above. Some backup or log copies may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion, consistent with our security and operations practices.
ER Distro is a business application and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you use ER Distro from outside those regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email) where appropriate.
